Menu truncated and button not visible on mobile view

      Point 1 : 

      On wall component, 

      on mobile view, 

      click on "..." in the top right corner to open menu 

      it is displayed but truncated : 

       

      Point 2 : 

      On mobile view, when editing a news, global menu (to switch between wall, alert ...) is no more available. Is it ok ?
