How to reproduce : 

1 - In task module, create 2 sections : SectionA and SectionB. 

2 - In SectionA, create 2 tasks : TaskA and TaskB. 

3 - Drag and drop TaskB to SectionB => TaskB is in sectionB. 

4 - Create a new task in SectionB => TaskB is in sectionA whereas it should be in sectionB.
