How to reproduce : 

1/ On resource view, book a resource between 14h and 15h, on 21/02

2/ On calendar view, create a recurrent event, from 19/02 , repeat every day and stop on 24/02 and using the same resource from 17h to 18h

3/ On calendar view, week view, drag and drop an event in the middle to 14h to 15h and choose all events to the question. 

=> Move is performed whereas resource is not available.
