How to reproduce

Go to the nightly front office admin ( https://demo.ametys.org/nightly-intranet/_admin)
Take control remotely Victor Bourgeois
Go to another user's page

Victor sees pencils to modify the fields but when he clicks he does not have the rights.
Would it be possible to remove the pencils?
