Update with only Office button present whereas deactivated in admin configuration

      How to reproduce : 

      1 - On admin, have a configuration with only office activated AND update configuration activated 

      => Open a project, go to file module, button to update a file with only office is present OK. 

      2 - On admin, deactivate onlyoffice : 

      => Button to update a file with only office is still present whereas it should not.
