On the attached screenshot, the item detail of the document is incorrect.
It should be something like :
"Commenté pour la dernière fois par Cédric Damioli, le 6 mars 2022"

The date and the author are both wrong here.

There are other cases like that. Most of them concerning the subtility between merging activities from multiple author or not
