Option for project admins to only get notified periodically when user signs up to a public workspace

      Current behaviour:
      When a user registers to a public workspace, the workspace admin gets notified immediately (regardless of wether he has configured his notification settings to At each new activity/daily/weekly/monthly)

      Suggestion:
      It could be useful to have the option to limit the notfications periodically using the existing toggles:
