Events deleted from the calendar are not deleted from the ICS export

      How to reproduce

      • use a calendar with the "publishable" option
      • create an event in the calendar
      • export the ICS
        => the event is present in the export
      • delete the event from the calendar
      • export the ICS
        => the event is still present when it should have disappeared

          The issue is due to CMS-11635 that is responsible of a bad synchronisation of default <-> live workspaces.

          To by-pass this synchronization error, ICS export will be based on default workspace.

          As workaround before this fix, the live workspace should be rebuilt.
