Access the project without going through the catalog in terms of authentication. Currently, to access the "public" EP with "moderate" registration, one is obliged to be identified via the catalog. We would like to be able to access the registration invitation pop-up without going through the catalog, on the site's home page for example. Be able to use "projects-catalogue.xsl" outside the catalog
