[WORKSPACES-1548] [Shared Comment vue component] Deleted comments do not appear if a user has a function or mission

• Create a comment
• Answer to this comment
• Delete the root comment

Usually, the first comment will be deleted, but if there are subcomments, it will be displayed as a deleted comments, and subcomments will be available. However, If the user that poset the comment have a mission, the comment and subcomments does not appear
