To have right to create a new projet, a manager need the right "Create a projet" on general context of site catalog.

Giving him this right on CMS general context automatically gives him the right to access the back office of site catalog.

To avoid this, the right to create a new project should be given and checked on the new context "General (site)".

Auto migration is needed

• to remove this right of existing profiles set on general context
• if BO access must be allowed to manager, create a new profile with this right and assign it on general site context for all managers
