[tooltip] Tooltip does not properly dissapear

      How to reproduce : On a page that has enough elements for a scrollbar to appear, open a toolitp in the bottom of a page. delete/make elements dissapear, so the scrollbar should dissapear. As the tooltip still exists in the DOM, with a given top attribute (but not visible because of his opacity), the scrollbar is still here.
      Once the opacity transition has ended, the top attribute should be unset
