When activity stream service display an event done by a member who has been removed from projet and from users population, its avatar cannot be displayed and there is no default avatar (see screenshot).

On project side when can see a default avatar for this user but no name.

So in this case, it would be necessary to :

• Add default avatar and name ("Unknown user" or "Anonymous") for this user in workspaces services
• Add name ("Unknown user" or "Anonymous") currently missing on project side
