Change upload file from pipeline to callable in vue

      In this issue RUNTIME-2622, we changed the pipeline add-file with the callable : 

      org.ametys.plugins.explorer.resources.AddOrUpdateResource.addOrUpdateResources(String, String, Boolean, List<Part>)

      But the pipeline is used in ".vue" in workspaces, so theses call need to be changed
