STEPS TO REPRODUCE :

• From a project, go in Files module
• Clic on New -> Word Document (the same for Excel or PPT)
• The document is created
• Open it with OnlyOffice (Online Modifification  action)
• Check language in the bottom right section, you could see that the language is English
