Bug:

When the Web_right_page_visibility right is deactivated (i.e for workspace manager profile), it is still possible to deselect the workspace modules radio button: 

However, if you try and load one of the modules after having deactivated it, you get the following error due to insufficient rights:

Suggestion :

Grey out the radio buttons /make them inactive.
