      Apply migration WORKSPACES-1965 to add following rights to workspaces profiles so they can share download link and ICS links :  "Plugin_Workspace_Handle_File_Manager_Public_Link_Creation", "Plugin_Workspace_Handle_File_Manager_Public_Link_Access", "Plugins_Workspaces_Rights_Export_ICS_Link_Calendar", "Plugins_Workspaces_Rights_Export_ICS_Link_Task"

      Apply ot on both 4.9 and 4.10 templates that use workspaces
