A project is linked to a site using a weak reference to the site node stored in the project node.
This has been a problem in some case where reference got corrupted and the project was no accessible anymore from the site.

To make it simpler and similar to other place where we have this kind of linked (like in WebContent for exemple), will migrate from storing a weak reference to simply storing the sitename.
