abstract, link and organizationChart views reference twice the attributes firstname, lastname attributes.

It is critical because when no XSL is defined for these views, the default-content.xsl is called. This XSL automatically is built on views and generated twice xsl model named "attribute-lastname", "attribute-firstname"

As consequence, the orgunit pages failed with this error
