Case A :

Create a project with an incorrect title ("live" for instance). 

Project is not created and an error message is present. 

If user try to create a new project, title "live" is still present. 

Case B : 

Create a project and set it another manager. 

Project is correctly created but not opened. 

Id user try to create a new project, all filled fields for previous project are still present : 

=> Filled fields should be emptied.
