How to reproduce it :

• add an event in a calendar
• enter a title
• select a date and the time : 08:00
• save
  The event is displayed in the right date but the time format does not look like an hour :
  in french : 08 Title
  in english : 8a Title

Expected behavior :
in french : 08:00 Title
in english : I have not the sligest idea about how it is supposed to display it
