ICS link is providing an empty file when the user is not authentified

      How to reproduce

      • connect to a project on FO
      • Click on calendars
      • click on a calendar to get the ICS file
      • Download the ICS file (it contains informations)
      • Restart tomcat to loose the authentication
      • Download the ICS file: the file is empty

      ICS file should not be empty. Please check that the file is not empty even if there is no event.
