When I edit a member of a project I cannot configure his rights to each module

How to reproduce it :

• in the general configuration, insert a wrong id population inside the project spaces profile field.
• then go to the workspace of a project and add a member to the project
  > this member could not access to any module because you cannot configure his rights. All checkboxes are missing.

Expected behavior :

• id population in the project spaces profile field in the general config should not be selected like this. It is too complicate to know what is the ID of a population. It should be a select box.
• When the rights are not enough, the table of the modules should not be displayed or it should be presented differently
