How to reproduce

• Create a new discussion in a project space
• Put a title with a two-point character, example : « Questions diverses : posez des questions, partagez vos idées...c'est votre espace ! »
• Put a description
• Validate
• An error appears

The title of the new discussion does not take into account the character ( : )
