[WORKSPACES-475] Character (:) in the title of a new discussion

How to reproduce

Create a new discussion in a project space
Put a title with a two-point character, example : « Questions diverses : posez des questions, partagez vos idées...c'est votre espace ! »
Put a description
Validate
An error appears

The title of the new discussion does not take into account the character ( : )
