How to reproduce

• connect to BO
• open parameters of the service to display/add projects
• in the parameters choose a category to display only this category
• connect to FO
• click on "Add a project"

Actual behavior

• The list of project category is displayed with all the categories

Expected behavior

• The list of categories should display only the categories selected by the webmaster (it is possible to select more than one category in the service parameters)
• It should be mandatory to select one category
• It should not possible to let the list empty.
