How to reproduce:

• Configure 2 right profiles:
  • administrator has all administration rights on workspaces
  • contributor has no administration right on workspaces
• Create user1 with administrator profile on every contexts
• Create user2 with contributor profile on every contexts
• user1 creates a project
  • The manager is user2
  • The manager profile is contributor
• user2 go on projects' catalog, he can not edit the project => KO

Improve the ProjectAccessController to make the managers bypassing all rights on his projects
