Thread are depending on the language of the current site and should be shared among languages like others module

      At this time if a user A post a thread on the English Thread then it is not displayed on the French Thread of the same project.

      It should be shared like on others module. On documents if a user on English version post a document, this document is displayed on the french version of the documents which is nice.
