Update language of service catalog (whereas project has already been created)

      How to reproduce : 

      1/ On CMS, configure project catalog service with english language. 

      2/ On front, create a new project "myproject"=> this project is created in english. 

      3/ On CMS, update project catalog service by setting french language. 

      4/ On front, update "myproject" => on project edition page, property "language" is empty. 

      => Is it possible to detect this particular case by adding a message to user ?
