      How to reproduce : 

      1/ On CMS, my project contains following pages in french : 

      2/ Catalog service is configured with 2 languages : english and french, so it is possible to create english projects. 

      3/ On a french project, it is possible to invite people : 

      4/ On english project, part to invite is not present :
