Currenlty, on project manager, there is an entry "Delete from project". 

If we click on this entry, following question is asked : 

Is we click on "Delete", nothing is happening. 

(At least a message shall be present in order to indicate user that manager deletion is not possible ?)

Note : For other members it is ok.
