Import a file with size exceeding limit upload size is not working

      How to reproduce : 

      1 / In _admin of front office, in configuration, update size of upload : 

      2/ On a project on front office, select "New" "File", and choose a file which size exceeds the limit set in 1/ 

      => Connexion is lost whereas a message should be displayed to indicate user that the file size is exceeding limit.  

      3/ Drag and Drop a file which size exceeds the limit set in 1/ 

      => File is not imported and no message is displayed.

          I can reproduce exactly your behavior on front-office.

          I cannot reproduce the same behavior as you

          1/ When using New -> File button, if the file size exceed the max autorized size I have a error at bottom

          2/ When using drop zone, there was a JS error that has been fixed but I never see your error.
          Now a message will be displayed at bottom for all files that were not imported
