Display of news' keywords in home carousel

      On home carousel, the keywords are displayed like following:

      • the first keyword side beside the thematic
      • the other keywords in tooltip with a +N tag

      But sometimes there is no enough space to display the keyword

      When occurs all tags should be displayed in tooltip

      But we need to determine it automatically
