Events that have a duration of the entire day are not returned by the zimbra connector.

Currently, in the connector, events are sorted by "consumedTime", which daily events do not have. The time can instead be retrieve directly from the event (event.getStartTime().getStart()).

The second problem is the display, because we currently have no way of saying "this event has a date but no time", so the default time of 2 am is displayed.
