Importing reference table content with only title attribute from file does not validate the content

      If you try to import table ref content from a file, and this file only contains title attributes, imported contents stay in draft status

      How to reproduce :

      1. Create a txt file as follow 

      title
test
test2

      2. From a reference table, import this file
      3. Check imported content properties : it's not validated
