[Multifactor authentication] Ugly widget with use of autocompletion for code

      How to reproduce:

      • Configure a user population with a form and activate multifactor authentication
      • Try to connect with a user
      • The user recieves a code by email. Enter the code, the user is well connected -> OK
      • Log out and try to connect again. Use autocompletion to fill the code input -> KO the widget has not 6 distinct cases but a big ugly text input
