      Add a multi factor parameter in form credential provider

      If this parameter is activated, users should receive a mail with a generated code to increase the login security

      If multifactor authentication is ativated on their population, users can display their secret as text and QRCode in order to store their secret in an authentication application

      Do not send the mail with the code anymore if the user has chosen to use authentication by application (add a button to send the mail anyway if the user did lost his secret (ex: stolen phone))

      For now, the feature is only available in back-office
