Re-edit an enumerated metadata : the real value is lost

      Since the XML format 

      <degree>LIC</degree>

      has changed to :

      <degree value="LIC">Licence</degree>

      the display value "Licence" will be saved instead of teh raw value "LIC" when re-editing the content
