The FOUsers table doesn't exist in the demo application

      I can't view or create users in the front-office's administration space. Error is:

      Table/View 'FOUSERS' does not exist.

      Moreover, the FO users created in the back-office doesn't show up in the FO administration.

      Finally, I can't log to the demo application's front-office with the test accounts. The front-office logs show the same error (Table/View 'FOUSERS' does not exist.)
