[UI] Dialog boxes should not contain three dots

      As mentioned in RUNTIME-1424, some dialog boxes contain three points in the header, whereas they should not.

      To find all the concerned box, search the string "..." in the messages.xml files and determine if the concerned dialog box should or should not contain the three dots

          You're right, a menu item leading to a dialog box can have the "..." but not the dialogbox it self
