When I export a zip archive of a folder whose name contains accented or specials characters, I get a file name with worst characters

      How to reproduce :

      • in the resource explorer, create a folder named "Panaïs", and insert a file inside
      • select the folder and click on Export (zip) button
      • On your desktop, open the zip file dowsloaded, it contains a folder named : Pana+»s

      That occurs also with accented characters like : répertoire that become : r+®pertoire
