How to reproduce it :

• use the demo repository
• verify that the contributor profile has this rights : create a page, create a content
• open a session with contrib's logins
• select a page in the sitemap, the page tab appears in the ribbon, but there is not the page creation button
• select the main zone in a page, the page tab appears in the ribbon, but there is not the insert a content button.

Expected behavior :

• the button to create a new page should be in the ribbon, like the "insert a content" button sould be there too.
