When the submenu have only disabled buttons, the parent button should be disabled too

      How to reproduce it :

      • Select a content
      • In the ribbon, there is copy and paste buttons.
        > the paste button have a submenu with only disabled buttons. So it should be disabled like in the page tab, the content and servcies button are disabled if no submenu is available.
