At this time it is possible to add a page into robot.txt but it could be nice to be able to do this action at the root of the site.

Be careful, the proposed fix allow to exclude from SEO a whole sitemap (not a site)

this could also be achieved by adding /* to the robots.txt using CMS-5657 ?
it would be different but I think better, since it would block the whole website...
