Disable conditions in SCC model parameters don't work

      If you have a SCC model with parameters containing a disable conditions, it is ignored.

      It is probably because disable conditions are overriden in the EditCollectionTool._getFieldsCb(response, arguments) Javascript method without concatenating with conditions already defined.
