Warning displayed on SCC due to disabled fields

      Empty disabled mandatory fields triggers warning on SCC.

      If a paramater is mandatory and empty, it will trigger a warning on SCC even if it is disabled.

      Could not be tested on previous version, since the test is on UD-316 (no previous configurations were found with disable conditions)
