Calendar Rights doesn't work

      Create a main Calendar A with a workflow A
      Create a sub Calendar ASub with the same workflow A

      Give a reader right to the calendar A and all the right to the calendar ASub.
      You suppose to be able to create an ASub event from Calendar A but it is currently not possible.

          The patch works but it is incomplete. There is the same issue on "delete button".
          When "Calendar A" is selected, I can not delete the event of "Calendar ASub"
