[Add link] URL param does not need to start with http or https

      • Open the Link directory tool
      • Click on Add a link
      • The form param URL is mandatory => OK
      • Enter an URL starting with http:// or https:// => OK, no error
      • Enter another URL => KO, there is an error

      Let the user enter any URL, just set a warning if the URL does not start with http:// or https://
