When a user insert its link without http or https then the link is not working in href

      How to reproduce

      • Insert a LinkDirectory service, allow the user to insert links like favorites
      • Go to front-office
      • Insert a link, for exemple www.ametys.org (without http)

      Actual behavior

      • href contains only www.ametys.org which does not work correctly

      Expected behavior

      • For a user link coming from front-office, the stored link should contains http://, Ametys should add the protocol http
      • OR an error should be displayed to ask the user to set a link with the protocol.

          The view can add it before storing it

          We have to check if it can be done in the kernel link helper... so any project view will use it
