[Skin ODF] Some JS imports are loaded twice

      In "common-scripts" template in head.xsl, some calls to xsl template should be removed:

      • head-js-user
      • head-js-cookiebanner

      Import of jquery from skin should be removed too but, be careful, jquery-migrate.min.js and jquery.cookie.js is not part of jquery plugin, they should be imported here.

      Import of medialement should be removed.

      These imports are already done by wrapper.xsl (in web)
